We are seeking a full time Ream Leader for our professional child care centre in Leeming.

We reward educators in leadership roles and understand the additional responsibilities so above minimum wages will be paid. Professional development is encouraged and paid for by the centre. You will work in a supportive team environment with other skilled educators.

The suitable applicant must have great communication skills and written skills to complete necessary observations and understand children's planning cycles. Planning the program of interesting play experiences will be part of your role in collaboration with others educators.

For the suitable applicant part time employment, such as 8 or 9 day fortnight could be considered.

As a Room Leader, guidance and mentoring other educators will be required.

You will need experience in child care (minimum of two years).
