About the role

We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at All Care 4 you pty ltd in Newcastle, NSW. This is a casual role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality nursing and personal care to our elderly residents
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff

What we're looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Personal Care Assistant, or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
