Foreman / Supervisor - Remedial Construction | $500k-$15M Projects

Join a market leader in remedial construction, specialising in the repair, restoration, and modernisation of buildings to enhance usability, appearance, and long-term value. With a strong client base all across Sydney and NSW. This company works in rural as well as Western Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and CBD-this company delivers durable solutions that stand the test of time.

They are now seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a variety of remedial projects ranging from $500k to $15M in value.

The Role

As Foreman, you will play a key leadership role on-site, taking charge of day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades
• Operating in a mixture hands-on as well as management capacity
• Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and maintaining quality standards
• Ensuring work is delivered on time and in line with safety protocols
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A trade qualification in Carpentry, Waterproofing, or Cladding
• Extensive experience within the remediation space
• Proven experience in remedial construction (mandatory)
• Previous experience running sites in a hands-on leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of OHS practices and regulations
• Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
• A current and valid driver's licence
