Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Assist with customer queries, follow-ups, and communications.
• Generate reports and track sales performance metrics.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
