Senior Project Manager – Airline Platform Upgrade

Contract Duration: 6 Month rolling contract
Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Start: Immediate
Daily Rate: c.$1000 p/d + GST

Join a major airline as a Senior Project Manager leading the upgrade of a mission-critical platform — shifting from a legacy system to dynamic, efficient and customer focused platform. This strategic project aims to enhance customer segmentation and revenue growth through modernisation of the airline's pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive the platform transformation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and steerco reporting
• Coordinate delivery across technology, business, and commercial units
• Plan and oversee phases of implementation (scoping to post-launch transition)
• Ensure alignment with customer experience and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management in large, complex environments
• Strong track record in enterprise level system upgrades
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management and governance reporting skills
• Experience in airline, pricing, or travel sector platforms will be a big advantage.
