• Servicing Aged Care facilities with state of the art technology , in house Robotics, eNRMc charting using Best Med.

Axcess Healthcare Pharmacy Brisbane is looking for a full-time pharmacist to deliver exceptional pharmacy services to our contracted Aged Care Facilities.

Located in KIPPA-RING, you will receive in store mentoring by an experienced ownership team of over 30yrs, focusing primarily on patient Electronic Medication profiles ,liaising with GP's , Aged care staff and the dispensary team.

Role:

• Create and provide medication profiles to patients for Aged Care Facilities
• dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel to ensure excellent customer service
• Support patients, carers, staff and associated employees
• Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion and the proper use of medicines
