Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy, a well-established pharmacy with over 50 years of serving the Sunshine Coast community, is seeking a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Manager / Pharmacist in Charge to join our close-knit team. Unfortunately, our amazing Pharmacist Manager is departing for another city, but this leaves us open to welcome a new friendly face to the team. The ideal start date is Monday 9th June with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and care.

Supervise and lead the dispensary team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and professional standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community and tourists.

What we’re looking for:

A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Experience as a Pharmacist Manager or Pharmacist in Charge (preferred but not required).

Experience in Z Dispense, Office & POS systems (preferred but not required).

Vaccination accreditation

Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting your team.
