The Service Quality Support Partner ensures the implementation of our quality management system across Residential Care sites, to enable the delivery of high-quality resident care and to ensure Fresh Hope Communities meets its current regulatory, legislative and compliance requirements.

• Contribute to the development of clinical quality capability across Residential Care services by providing on-the-job coaching, and partnership
• Embed required quality management systems across Residential Care services that manage compliance obligations and assure high-quality service delivery
• Support the delivery of effective change management and training across Residential Care services
• Implement an internal audit plan and conduct effective internal audits, reports and recommendations to support improvement in service delivery
• Monitor customer feedback system (CarePage) and ensure implementation of continuous improvement planning
• Maintain the clinical risk register, ensure service-wide monitoring of incidents and support key stakeholders to undertake thorough investigations and plan corrective actions
• Support preparation for service accreditations through undertaking pre-accreditation activities

About you

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

• Relevant qualifications in a health discipline, health service management or clinical quality
• Relevant demonstrated experience in a similar role within the aged care industry.
• Experience in supporting a quality and compliance framework in a highly regulated environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and relationship management
• Accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to interpret relevant regulatory legislation
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector, Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards,
• Quality Care Principles and NDIS.
• National Criminal History Check (suitable for Aged Care ) or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to regularly travel intrastate to various Residential Care locations
