About the role
We’re seeking a passionate and empowering Allied Health Team Leader to join our North Therapy leadership team based in Wanneroo. This role is ideal for an experienced allied health professional ready to advance their leadership journey or take on a new challenge within a superstar team!
This is a part time (0.7FTE), 12-month fixed term contract position.
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Collaborate with Managers and Therapy Leaders to lead a high-performing team aligned with our strategic plan
- Nurture a positive team culture where people feel genuinely valued and supported
- Support, develop and motivate team members to reach their potential
- Run regular 1:1s and team huddles focused on day-to-day operational support and career growth
- Partner with Clinical Leads to drive innovation and maintain evidence-based practice
- Lead by example, modelling and embedding our organisational values, leadership behaviours and attitudes
- Manage feedback and escalations with care and professionalism
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in an allied health profession
- Current registration with AHPRA or relevant association
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
