About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, leading from the front and inspiring your team every day. You will fully immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and product, while taking immense pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will spend quality time on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers, building a high-performance sales culture, and managing a team consisting of an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a store culture filled with passion for the brand where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
Create an environment that delivers unforgettable customer experiences and consistently exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to drive individual and store success.
Drive operational excellence across talent management, brand presentation, and customer engagement.
Lead by example in the timely execution of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
Partner closely with leadership and HR to address performance issues and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
About You
3-5 years' leadership experience in a high-performance retail environment.
Genuine passion for beautiful product and a strong emotional connection to customers' stories.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams of 10+ people.
Experience thriving during peak periods.
Highly skilled in coaching, developing others, and driving a positive selling culture.
Outstanding communication skills - you connect easily with people at all levels and communicate with care.
Sharp business acumen and analytical skills, consistently delivering strong results.
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
Maturity, resilience, and a long-term mindset for building a rewarding career with our client.
