What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Development: Design and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget allocation, track daily pacing, and reallocate funds strategically to maximize performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Possess 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels like paid search, display, and social media.
- Demonstrated success in developing data-driven strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Skilled in lead generation strategies and executing full-cycle campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
- Proficient in analyzing paid advertising reports and using data insights for decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like SA360, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor is highly valued.
