We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our dynamic real estate group and lead the charge in building our brand online!

About the Role:
You'll be the voice of our brand across all platforms — creating engaging content, growing our audience, and making sure our properties and people shine. From listing promotions to behind-the-scenes office fun, you’ll drive strategy and execution to position us as the most exciting real estate team in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Manage paid ad campaigns to boost property listings and brand awareness

Work with our sales and property management teams to create standout marketing pieces

Monitor trends, track performance, and adjust strategies for maximum engagement

Design eye-catching graphics and short videos to elevate our message

What We're Looking For:

2+ years experience managing social media (ideally for a brand or agency)

Strong writing skills and a good eye for design

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools

Real estate experience (a bonus but not essential)

A creative, positive attitude and the confidence to bring fresh ideas
