As a Senior ADMS Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the operation, support, and evolution of the company's ADMS, helping ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electricity for their customers.

About the role:

• Lead operational design, configuration, and continuous improvement of ADMS functions (FLISR, VVC, DPF, etc.)
• Deliver expert-level engineering support and coordination for SCADA and RTS systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, digital, and vendor teams to ensure the ADMS is fit for purpose, secure, and highly available.
• Drive strategy development and influence vendor roadmaps to meet the company's business needs.
• Provide consultative leadership for ADMS upgrades, patching, change-management, and incident response.

About you:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in the energy sector, ideally with a focus on SCADA/RTS or ADMS environments.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and strong understanding of HV and LV networks.
• Exposure to ADMS systems at an advanced functional level.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and manage cross-functional expectations.
• Problem solver who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on mindset to complex systems.
