About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of civil construction and mining services projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, assisting with project planning, technical documentation, site coordination, and reporting to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction and mining services projects.
Conduct site inspections and provide reporting to ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Support project teams with technical advice, document preparation, and procurement coordination.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Identify and resolve onsite issues to minimise delays and enhance efficiency.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare project reports, site diaries, and other project-related documentation.
Note: This list is not exhaustive. Other responsibilities may be required to support project delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous exposure to civil construction or mining services (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or nearing completion).
Current WA Driver’s Licence.
