About the Role

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a D365 Developer to support a critical technology and data uplift project as they migrate their on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to the cloud. This role requires working in a fast-paced project environment, dealing with ambiguity and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Initially, you will focus on the migration project, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud. Upon completion, you will move into the platform team, where your role will shift to ongoing system enhancements and BAU support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize D365 applications for cloud migration and long-term sustainability.
• Implement custom features and integrations using Power Platform and Azure services.
• Build and maintain workflows, automation, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Support data management, security configurations, and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Australian Citizenship, An active Baseline clearance or an existing Baseline application in progress.
• 5-10 years of experience in D365 XRM and Power Platform development.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, custom connectors, plugins, and orchestration design.
• Experience in data modeling, business rules, security configurations, and integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise services.
• A deep understanding of software development best practices, system analysis, and quality assurance.
• Experience working in large teams using GIT-based source control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
