About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate AEM Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital experiences. You'll work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to build dynamic and responsive front-end components within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM's Sightly/HTL templating language
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code with attention to detail and performance
• Work collaboratively with AEM backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Ensure all frontend code adheres to accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across different platforms and devices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and code reviews

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), particularly in front-end development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js is a plus)
• Experience working with AEM Components, Templates, ClientLibs, and Sightly/HTL
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns in AEM
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience with build tools and frontend automation (Webpack, Gulp, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
