About the role

We are seeking a registered and experienced teacher to join our dynamic team at My College in Broadmeadows, Victoria. As a Registered Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our primary school students. What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering engaging, student-centred lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Implementing the school's curriculum and assessment framework to measure and track student progress
• Providing personalised support and guidance to students, fostering their academic, social and emotional development
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning
• Maintaining accurate student records and communicating effectively with parents and guardians
• Participating in professional development activities to stay informed of the latest educational trends and pedagogies

What we're looking for

• A current registration as a teacher in the state of Victoria
• A minimum of 3 years' experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Strong subject matter expertise in core curriculum areas, such as English, Mathematics, and Humanities
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• A passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of students
• Familiarity with integrating technology into teaching and learning practices
