Location: Multiple roles in Broadmeadows with occasional travel to other campus locations

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent


About The Role:

As a Student Services & Administration Officer (internally referred to as Education Operations Officer), you will be a primary point of contact for students and educators, significantly enhancing the student experience. This customer service focused role demands excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will support student enrolment processes and manage related enquiries; and assist education delivery centres by ensuring a seamless student journey throughout their course.

You will work closely with internal teams, such as Enquiries and Admissions, Education Delivery Centres, and Student Records, to provide a smooth experience for students. This on-site role requires you to deliver multi-channel assistance and on occasion, across various campus locations.

About You:

We are looking for highly organised and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with students and internal teams.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in operational environments with experience in phone-based, virtual and in-person support.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence.
  • Experience in an educational environment (desirable).
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with students, employers, and staff.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail in data management and documentation.
