The Desk

Having access to ALL existing PSA clients and the opportunity to work and learn from several consultants with both impressive billings AND tenure in the business.

What are we looking for?

• A switched-on, experienced Finance Recruiter with 360 experience who shows all the hallmarks of a top performer
• A Senior / Principal recruiter from another white-collar specialisation looking to move into a new area. You will bring a wealth of agency experience, a proven track record in your chosen field and an ability to influence/deal with senior stakeholders
• Ability to grow existing accounts and build your own business
• Polished and relationship-driven mindset
• Energy, drive, enthusiasm and of course work ethic
