About the Role;

This full-time role provides exposure to diverse and stimulating work across Insolvency, Litigation, and Commercial Law, including:

• Managing your own litigation files, particularly debt recovery, under direct partner supervision
• Appearing in Court for debt recovery matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting letters of advice to clients
• Preparing deeds, contracts, court documents, and correspondence
• Attending meetings with partners, clients, counsel, lawyers, and other professionals
• Preparing files for court hearings and assisting in instructing counsel
• Developing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) materials and external client newsletters
• Assisting with the day-to-day management and administration of legal files

These responsibilities will be carried out under senior firm members' guidance while working collaboratively with other lawyers and barristers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Organisational and file management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent typing and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and a professional presentation
• Clear and engaging verbal communication skills
• A flexible, team-oriented approach
• Experience in a law firm is highly advantageous.

• 1-2+ years PQE
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
• Experience in supervising junior lawyers
• Previous involvement in business development and building client relationships
• Commitment to a long-term career
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a practical, client-focused approach
• Clear, concise communication style
