The Ellenbrook Study Hub is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Officer to join our team on a part-time(25hr/week) basis.

About Us

The Ellenbrook Study Hub provides a welcoming space for students pursuing higher education. We offer academic assistance, career guidance, and a vibrant community to support learning and personal development.

The Role

As a Student Support Officer, you will:

Assist students with study techniques, academic resources, and career advice.

Provide guidance on university/TAFE processes, enrolments, and course selection.

Support student engagement through events and workshops.

Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students.

Collaborate with staff and external partners to improve student services.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in student services, education, or a related field.

Is friendly, approachable, and committed to student success.

Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Can work independently and as part of a team.
