About the Role
Bin Juicer is seeking a reliable and motivated Bin Cleaning Operator to join our growing team on a casual basis.
Starting with around 16 hours per week, with the opportunity for more hours as our business continues to expand — we have recently secured new commercial bin cleaning contracts, creating exciting opportunities for the right person.

Based in Underwood, you’ll work independently on the road using one of our company bin cleaning vehicles (for work use only).
Enjoy the freedom of working on your own — no micromanagement, just get the job done right.

🔵 Important: Reliability is absolutely critical due to our schedules being tied to council bin collection days. Missed work cannot be caught up.
🔵 You must hold a current manual driver’s licence (automatic licence not accepted).

What You’ll Be Doing

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising wheelie bins using specialised equipment

Operating and maintaining your assigned company bin cleaning vehicle (manual licence required, work use only)

Physically handling and occasionally climbing in and out of large steel bins during the cleaning process

Basic upkeep of vehicles and cleaning gear

Following all safety and operational procedures

Communicating politely with clients if needed

Reporting any issues or damage to equipment

Highly Desirable Skills

Experience in pressure washing (especially concrete cleaning) — higher pay may be offered for candidates with strong experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong reliability and punctuality (non-negotiable)

Current manual driver’s licence (automatic licence not accepted) and reliable transport

Ability to work independently and take pride in your work

Physically fit and able to lift/move bins and climb in/out of bins as required

Good communication and customer service skills
