We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic team members to join our Produce Team at our Windsor store. We have both full-time and casual positions available.

We welcome applicants of all ages! If you’re energetic, reliable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and love working with fresh fruits, vegetables, and gourmet produce we’d love to hear from you!

This is a hands-on role involving physical work such as stocking, rotating, and maintaining beautiful displays of fresh produce, so staying active will be part of your day to day. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may involve early starts, late finishes (up to 7.30 PM), and working every second weekend.

What we’re looking for:

Strong customer service focus

Professional presentation

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Understanding of food handling and hygiene principles

Physical capability for manual handling tasks

Availability to work every second weekend

Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

An appreciation for high-quality fresh produce and pride in maintaining its presentation

Previous experience in Fresh Produce is highly regarded but not essential.
A Forklift Licence is an advantage but not essential.

Wages:
Hourly wages for adult permanent team members range from $26.00 to $35.00, in line with the Retail Award standards.
Casual rates are in line with the Retail Award.
Junior rates apply for employees under 20 years of age.
