The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Fabricator or Vehicle Body Builder to join our growing workshop team. This role will see you working on high-end vehicle modifications, including dual cab conversions, chassis extensions, trays, and canopies. The right candidate will be a master of their trade, passionate about quality workmanship, and ready to be part of a tight-knit team that values professionalism and camaraderie.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and Aluminium TIG welding of vehicle trays, canopies, and structural components for LandCruisers and other commercial vehicles.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure precision in vehicle builds.

Performing dual cab conversions, chassis extensions, and other structural modifications.

Operating CNC press brake and CNC plasma cutting table (a favourable skill).

Assisting with general workshop duties and ensuring a safe and organised workspace.

Working closely with a tight-knit team, ensuring all builds meet Bullant Engineering's high standards.

Optional: If you have CAD or design software skills, you will have the opportunity to assist in developing and optimising designs.

About You

A qualified Fabricator or Vehicle Body Builder with proven experience in the industry.

TIG and MIG welding skills are essential.

Experience with various grades of Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel

Assembly, fabrication and welding - experience in light and medium fabrication

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

Experience with CNC press brake and CNC plasma cutting (or willingness to learn).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with precision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment—personality and team fit are just as important as skill.

Bonus: Experience with CAD or design software will be highly regarded.\
