The Position

A mix of workshop and field service work — covering Sydney’s west right down to the Wollongong region. You’ll be hands-on with heavy vehicles, excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, and all the associated mobile plant. Servicing, repairs, fault finding, component swaps — across hydraulics, electrics, engines, transmissions, undercarriages and more. Most jobs kick off on-site, so you'll be out and about, trusted to get the work done right. You'll also be front-facing with customers, so a professional, respectful attitude is key.

What You’ll Need

Trade qualified diesel mechanic, plant mechanic, or fitter.

Hands-on experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, vehicles, or mobile machinery.

Current driver’s licence — HR licence highly regarded.

Mechanically minded with a real drive to keep learning and upskilling.

Strong work ethic, solid communication, and a professional approach.

Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
