We are after a pharmacist/pharmacists to relieve whilst our current pharmacist is on leave.

We have days available in May and June

May: Friday 30th

June: Monday 2nd

Friday 6th to Monday 30th - 3 days a week

Our pharmacy is a compounding-only pharmacy. There is no shopfront or products on sale. We have 3 dedicated labs for compompounding

Everything needs to be compounded on an as needed basis. We are a well-established business with a good reputation and cliental. We have a small team of technicians who are well-trained to work without much supervision. We operate with the latest software.

Our pharmacy is easy to reach by public transport and is at the Light Rail Terminus with POW Hospital around the corner.

Qualifications & experience

Experience as a compounding pharmacist is not essential but completion of a basic compounding workshop is an advantage.

Previous work in a compounding pharmacy is also desirable

Flexibility is an advantage

This position will suit a part-time or locum pharmacist

Tasks & responsibilities

Pharmacist required by compounding pharmacy whilst current pharmacist takes a holiday

We are after a pharmacist who can fill in all the dates of just a few here and there on a short term basis. We can fill in the other dates with other pharmacists

The role requires the person to ensure the smooth operations of the pharmacy. You will be required to oversee and check the work of technicians. You will also need to answer questions on the phone and in person.
