The Company
Work with a multi-billion revenue organisation selling to millions of customers across the globe in power components in aerospace, filtration, hydraulics and vehicles. This company is located just outside the CBD, situated next to a train station and bus stops.

The Role
Reporting to the customer service manager you will;

• Processing orders and providing exceptional customer service.
• Taking calls, speaking directly with customers on orders, ETA's and any other queries.
• SAP order entry, creating sales orders, checking stock levels.
• Answering inquiries via email providing information in regards to the products offered.

Experience Required

• A strong background in order processing or data entry.
• Corporate Customer Service experience. Unfortunately non corporate customer service experience will not be considered.
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• SAP experience is preferred for this role but not essential.

This position offers up to $40 per hour on a 6-month basis with a view to extending. Because of this, we cannot consider working holiday visas.
