At Talent Focus, we have several pillars of our business. Trades, Healthcare and Education.
We are currently preferred suppliers to Leading Hospitals and Aged care facilities providing them staffing solutions for roles such as Managers, Registered Nurses, Allied health and Administration and much more.
Due to ongoing growth and a calculated look at long term prospects in the Healthcare sector we are looking for a Dedicated Consultant to manage the Aged care desk. This Role will be focused on Permanent placements and not Nursing Agency, so you will be more strategic then reactive, leaving you to make meaningful placements and build long term relationships with Clients and candidates.
Working closely with the Healthcare Manager, who has a wealth of knowledge across the entire Healthcare industry you will being working together to maintain and grow a very successful placement pipeline, ensuring you are earning and learning!

What we are looking for?

• Experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Minimum 2 years’ experience)
• Aged care experience is ideal but we would consider someone from any aspect of Health
• Someone who wants to work in an office 4 days per week (one day WFH)
• Experienced in a 360 role and happy to be out on the road visiting clients
