What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

• Managing a portfolio of active Aged Care clients with roles ready to fill.
• Sourcing and nurturing candidate relationships across Australia.
• Growing the desk by identifying new business opportunities — with full support from leadership.
• Collaborating with your fellow Aged Care recruiter to drive results and build momentum.
