Aspire 2 Administration provides reliable and scalable Administration Solutions to financial advisers in the financial services industry and we are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Business Administration Officer to join our team.
You will join our team in a traineeship administration position and have a desire for career growth and development opportunities.

In this full-time role, you will undertake off the floor study time to successfully complete your qualification, you will work collaboratively with experienced Wealth Management professionals and senior staff members and help a growing business operate more efficiently.

The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate IV in Business Administration under the guidance of and with support from the Senior Team Members.
Your new role
Joining the Administration team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
The ability to ensure excellent interpersonal skills are provided to clients
Assist with the lodgement of applications and submissions of new business in a timely manner.
Provide client service and general administrative functions
Assist with preparation of client files
Assist with Digital and hardcopy filing of Key documents
Undertake workflow as per agreement for Aspire 2 Admin Clients.
Completion of client implementation.
Database administration
Administering applications for client strategies
The ability to work with Senior Financial Planners to provide support as required
Booking travel as required for senior Advisers
Booking Meetings for Advisers when required
