We are an Allied Health clinic servicing Brisbane & Gold Coast, offering an aesthetic, trauma-informed service that empowers our clients and helps them confidently access the support they need. Our approach prioritises holistic, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and empowering team environment. We are committed to supporting our therapists' professional growth, offering flexible work arrangements and providing fortnightly to monthly supervision and ongoing professional development (PD) support from accredited Mental Health, Paediatric, Adult, and Aged Care Occupational Therapists.

Your Key Role Responsibilities:
Administering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across paediatric to aged care caseloads
Maintaining case notes and preparing patient progress reports
Writing functional capacity, support needs, AT, and home and living reports
Engage with stakeholders for best-care for participants
Adherence to internal clinical and treatment protocols and AHPRA guidelines where applicable
Making a difference for patients with complex conditions in everyday ADLs
Ensure a positive experience for our patients
Achieve your KPI of 5.5hrs per day.
About You:
Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Driver's Licence and Personal Vehicle
NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or open to obtaining)
Professional Insurance
Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors
Strong organizational and collaborative skills
