Physio To You is seeking experienced Community Occupational Therapists to join our growing team in Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast. These are contractor roles offering flexible working arrangements to support your work-life balance.

Physio to You is looking for therapists for the following regions;

Brisbane - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD.

Gold Coast - we are looking for a ongoing therapist who may have availability to see patients a minimum of one day or 2 half days per week.

Sunshine Coast - we are looking for a ongoing therapist who may have availability to see patients a minimum of one day or 2 half days per week.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive in home occupational therapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients in their homes and community settings

Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' independence, safety and quality of life

Collaborate with clients, their families and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Physio To You's services

Maintain accurate electronic records and report writing in line with professional and organisational requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community-based or home-based setting

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Proficiency in using electronic medical records and client management systems

Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a community-based environment

A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
