About You:

You are a proven Project Manager with strong experience delivering large new-build residential projects, ideally over $100M+

You’ve been actively involved in pre-construction and early project planning

You’re confident managing design & construct (D&C) delivery models

You work collaboratively with site teams, consultants, and clients to achieve best-for-project outcomes

You bring a positive, low-ego leadership style and are committed to building lasting relationships

You enjoy mentoring teams and contributing to a company culture that values people
