About the role:

• Work alongside a nationally recognised leader in commercial property, development projects, and innovative structuring.
• Advise on complex real estate development projects and transactions across commercial, industrial/logistics, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
• Gain exposure to significant lease pre-commitment deals for office, industrial, and retail developments.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate to Senior Associate (3-7 PQE) with strong background in real estate law, with a focus on development projects and property transactions.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering practical, commercially sound advice.
