About the Role

Endeavour is readying itself to stand up various IT and business systems independent of those operated or provided by Woolworths on behalf of or to Endeavour. This organisational transformational initiative will require the negotiation and implementation of a raft of commercial and technology procurement agreements.

This role will provide legal advice on all technology-related matters across Endeavour's strategic transformation program, including day-to-day commercial contracting and technology procurement. This role will play a key part in helping Endeavour establish independent IT and business systems as it transitions from Woolworths' platforms.

Key Requirements

• Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and commercial contracts. Experience in IT procurement and technology-related legal matters.
• Legal Experience: 4+ years PQE with a degree in law and a valid practicing certificate. Background in private practice or in-house legal roles, ideally in a large or complex organisation.
• Commercial Mindset: Ability to provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice that aligns with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in working with multiple stakeholders, including technology, procurement, and transformation teams.
• Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Comfortable navigating complex, ambiguous environments and making clear, strategic decisions.
• Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to large-scale transformation projects, particularly in retail or corporate settings, and experience at a top-tier law firm.
