We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager ready to take the lead in a thriving, high-growth brokerage!

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support a growing, high-value book of business. This portfolio spans SME to corporate clients with premium income up to $30K, backed by a strong growth. You'll step into a key leadership role, working closely with a respected Partner and a high-performing internal team.

Who Will You Be Working With?
You’ll be joining a privately owned and proudly independent brokerage with a strong presence in the mid-market space. Known for their client-first approach and collaborative internal culture, this business has built a loyal portfolio across construction, civil, tech, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. With impressive year-on-year growth and a reputation for quality service and advice, you’ll be working alongside a Partner and a committed team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver tailored insurance solutions to long-standing commercial clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SME to mid-market clients
  • Support the Partner as a 2IC across all aspects of portfolio management
  • Facilitate placements and insurer relationships across industries
  • Act as a trusted internal point of reference for broking and strategy
  • Drive retention and service outcomes for long-standing client partnerships
  • Contribute to ongoing growth through smart, strategic service delivery


What do you need?

  • Strong broking background, ideally in SME or corporate portfolios
  • Relevant Tier 1 qualification
  • Excellent relationship management and placement skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Solid understanding of insurer markets and policy wordings
