Are you a natural communicator with a knack for turning enquiries into appointments? We’re looking for a motivated Inbound Call Centre Specialist to join our growing team based in Broadbeach.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients guiding them through our services and helping them book in across our 7 dental clinic locations. It’s the ideal role for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in lead management who thrives on building rapport and getting results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner

Educating patients on our dental services and treatment options

Booking appointments across multiple clinic locations

Following up on leads and maintaining accurate records

Working both independently and collaboratively with a supportive team

What You’ll Bring:

2–3 years’ experience in lead management, inbound sales, or customer service

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Confidence using CRM systems and managing patient data

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
