Our client is a family run agency that work together to provide the best service to their loyal clients. Established over 50 years ago, they are looking for a candidate to join our long standing and fun-loving team, in this flexible Monday to Friday role.

The new team member will work along with a senior property manager and support team to help manage our clean and well run rent roll, as well as collaborating in a team environment within their friendly office. The successful candidate will be working with the best systems and technology and enjoy providing the highest standards of personalised service to their clients.

You will become an integral part of the day to day running of the property management department along with the current Managers, being involved in all aspects of the Property Management, as well having some fun along the way.

In this role you will learn to:

• Help lease properties, New tenancy onboarding, preparing leases and lease renewals
• Conducting Routine and Ingoing inspections
• Operating Property Tree software, Inspection Manager and other PM software systems
• Help Organising repairs and maintenance

• Hold a valid certificate of registration or Real Estate licence.

• Have a high degree of computer literacy, strong attention to detail and initiative
• Have a reliable car and License
• Be highly organised and able to prioritise work
