ABOUT THE ROLE
Work closely with the Property Managers regarding properties
Schedule inspections in advance
Send inspection notifications to tenants
Conduct quarterly routine inspections
Finalise reports to send to owners and tenants
Organise re-inspections (where required)
Ensure exceptional customer service
Arrange maintenance with tenants and allocated contractors
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 – 12 months experience in Property Management
Current Property Management Registration and up to date CPD Points preferred
Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Computer proficient, REST experience preferred
