You will be taking over an impeccably managed portfolio and have ongoing support from the Senior POD Manager. You will be involved in all facets of property management however your main responsibilities will include routine inspections, maintenance and providing a high level of service to our Landlord's and Tenant's.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Current real estate certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Previous experience in property management preferred but not essential
- Drivers license
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- An impressive proactive approach
- Confidence to take initiative and responsibility in an enthusiastic and motivated team
- A great track record of relationship management
