Beatty group is a growing hospitality group based in Melbourne.

We own and operate Mammoth Cafe (Armadale), Hanks Bagelry (Armadale) and Hanks Bagelry Market Pavilion - and are about to begin working on our new project in Mordialloc.

We're on the hunt for an accounting and finance all-rounder, someone who's just as comfortable running payroll as they are supporting broader finance operations across the group.

The Role:

Payroll for 70~ employees

Reconciliations and apportionments across multiple venues

Weekly and monthly management reports for venue performance.

General office admin

Liaising with our offshore bookkeeper

Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Support the management team with financial insights and system improvements

You'll be based at our head office in Armadale, next to Toorak Train Station with all day parking available.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, ambitious back-office crew. We're launching our latest venture in Mordialloc where there is also office space available if preferred.

Up to 24 hours per week to start, we prefer Monday - Wednesday.

Room to grow into a more senior finance role as the company expands.

You’ll need:

3–5 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance admin (hospitality experience a bonus)

Strong proficiency in Xero, Excel, and reporting tools

Confidence in managing offshore accounting and coordinating group finance matters

Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to juggle multiple projects

A Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting qualifications, or relevant finance experience
