About the role

Nimbus Chartered Accountants' is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist /Client Services Administrator to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. This full-time role is an integral part of providing excellent client service and supporting the smooth running of our busy accounting practice.

What you'll be doing

Provide a warm, friendly and professional reception service, welcoming clients and visitors to our office

Manage all incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Maintain the front office and reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented at all times

Provide administrative support to the accounting and client services teams, including filing, photocopying, ATO & ASIC management and preparing client documents

Assist with the management of the office supplies and stationery inventory

Undertake general office duties as required to support the efficient operation of the practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues and stakeholders

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience in using Xero, XPM and CAS 360

A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
