We are looking for an Accounts Clerk who can work with our manufacturing team and has experience in MYOB or a similar accounting package to do day to day accounts tasks.

You will working with the MD and also an external accountant to cover basic accounting tasks, including:

Accounts payable

Data entry of accounts figures

Bank, Credit card Reconciliations.

Accounts receivables, invoicing and debtor management.

General accounts admin

The role requires someone with:

General accounts experience

Accurate data entry

Basic levels of Excel eg spreadsheet and basic formulas

A good eye for detail

Experience in MYOB or similar package

On a personal level you will have good communication skills, the ability to work with different team members involved in manufacturing and a desire for a long term role.

The admin team is small and so you need to be comfortable working on your own or as part of a small team and have a can do personality.

This role could suit an experienced accounts clerk or even a bookkeeper, who wants to work with a smaller organisation and be involved in day to day accounts duties.

There is NO WORK FROM HOME as you will be based in our office. We can be flexible with a start time between 7am to 9am with a finish time corresponding to 3pm to 5pm finish.

Salary is between $55k and $75k plus super depending on experience.
