About the Role

As APS 3 Participant Support Officer, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the office.

You will work closely with a proactive team to handle enquiries, coordinate appointments and ensure high standards of service delivery.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide front-of-house support and guide customers to relevant services.
• Resolve problems efficiently to ensure consistently positive outcomes.
• Manage shared email inboxes, phone enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct research, prepare reports and keep accurate documentation.
• Handle feedback and ensure timely follow-up on requests.

What You Will Bring

• A commitment to full-time office hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist with face-to-face enquiries.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
