Are you also organised enough to jump in and help things keep running smoothly behind the scenes? Gardner Cars is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and provide administrative support when needed.

About the Role
📅 Full-time, based at our dealership in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
Please note: This is an on-site role. We need someone who can collaborate in person with our team and vehicles.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Focus:
- Lead and manage all marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, and website channels
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns with a particular focus on Meta ads
- Photograph and market vehicles for online listings
- Work with our Content Creator to plan and post organic social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write, design, and send EDMs
- Update and maintain website content
- Report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Support brand-building content and storytelling initiatives
Admistration Support
- Register vehicles with QLD Transport and process deals (full training provided – no prior experience required)
- Assist with general admin tasks during busy periods, holidays, and sick leave
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance processes
- Work closely with sales and admin teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing experience (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for marketing, photography, and storytelling
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Canva
- Experiece with Hubspot is advantageous but training can be provided
- SEO knowledge is a plus but not essential
- Proven experience with growing social media platforms organically
- Proven experience with lead generation campaigns
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong initiative – you’re someone who sees what needs to be done and gets stuck in
- Team player attitude – willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
