About the Role

Based in Tatura, you’ll join the Customer Experience team providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders.

Working in a team environment, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards.

What do you need?

Experienced in customer service;

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;

Ability to thrive in a busy environment and

Be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
