About the Role

We are seeking three fully qualified electricians to join our expanding team.
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of projects, ensuring no two days are the same.
For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to progress into a Project Manager role within 12 months — including running your own jobs, managing teams, and learning job estimation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults

Manage small to medium-sized projects with team support

Communicate effectively with clients and manage on-site operations

Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and company policies

Deliver outstanding customer service

Maintain accurate job records and documentation

About You

Fully qualified electrician with a current South Australian Electrical Licence

Current White Card

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Ability to work independently and lead small teams

Interest in developing project management and estimation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to safety, quality work, and continuous improvement
