About the Role:

As a Diploma Qualified Educator at Mini Me Whalan, you will:

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Create and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
Support children's social and emotional development with warmth and care.
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulations.
Demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulations
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
