With over 130 years of experience, they provide a comprehensive suite of services spanning insurance, health, lending, legal, and practice management. As a member-owned mutual organisation, they exist solely to serve their members—at every stage of their professional and personal journey.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking multiple Casual Customer Service Consultants to join their Sydney-based team, with roles commencing May 12.

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate and supportive team, providing high-quality service to new and existing members. You’ll work across a variety of service and administrative tasks, including debt follow-up and data validation, in a fast-paced and meaningful environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for member enquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting individual and team KPIs
  • Follow compliance procedures and ensure accurate maintenance of member records
  • Support data integrity efforts by reviewing member information for accuracy and correcting any errors
  • Conduct outbound calls to members with outstanding balances—either to arrange payment or finalise account closure
  • Attend systems and policy training in your first week, followed by tailored on-the-job coaching
  • Participate in team meetings and training to support ongoing performance and collaboration
  • Assist with complaint resolution through clear analysis and communication

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre or customer-facing role
  • Background in accounts, debt collection, or working with financial systems is highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work efficiently in a compliance-driven environment
  • A team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic
  • Experience in the healthcare or financial services sector is an advantage, but not essential
