About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and service tickets. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use of SAP to process sales orders, manage deliveries, and handle returns.
- Respond to inquiries about stock, pricing, and products.
- Resolve customer issuws and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to KPIs.
- Log RMAs and manage returned goods.
- Release delivery documents and liaise with the warehouse.
- Work with the Purchasing team for stock requirements.
- Answer calls and update Zendesk tickets.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a call centre or customer service role.
- Understanding of phone systems, call metrics, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems - SAP experience is essential. Zendesk experience would be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
- Strong customer focus with high level interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, proactive attitude, and effective time management.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional.
